"Oil paint is my medium of choice. The rich luminous color, fluid application and slow dry time are what attracts me. Using no preliminary drawing I apply bold color directly, "drawing" with my brush. Paints are mixed, blended and moved on the canvas as well as on the palette. The finished artwork, with its obvious brushwork, tells of my process and hopefully of my enthusiasm."
